Surgical Steel Hinged Nose Rings Hoop for Piercings

The gauge number gets higher as wire thickness gets thinner, with 20 gauge being about the size of an average earring post. If your piercing is new, we suggest you start with 20 gauge (wire thickness: 0.8mm). For a hinged ring for nostril piercing, we recommend 8mm initially.
